The Old Town of Rhodes, in the Greek Isles, is a remarkably preserved and exquisite medieval city. The massive walls, the bustling squares, the palaces and the rather stern, straight streets, all built of glowing golden stone, are a legacy of the crusading Knights. Lighthouses are an enduring reminder to us to look to "The Light" for guidance and safety, for protection against the raging storms and rocky shores. They also remind us to share our light with others, to be a beacon of hope, integrity and love. Before my mother passed away she gave to her female posterity, a little angel and to her male posterity, a small lighthouse. The lighthouse reminds me of her and those lessons she taught. Learn More
